Delivery to the UK will be £3.70 and will be sent via Royal Mail to be signed for.
Orders over £30.00 to the UK will be free.

These prices are per package not per item.
Delivery times vary and we cannot be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office or other delivery company’s depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to collect the goods as quickly as possible. It is important that the addresses supplied by you to us are accurate.
Please note, when posting to the USA/Canada delivery times can be delayed due to customs. This is outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for this.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return item(s) within 14 days of receipt. The item(s) need to be returned in their original packaging and we will refund your order once we receive the product. Please note, if an exchange is required, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com.
Custom made orders are exempt from this policy, but if you have a problem, please contact us.

We recommend that you send your order back to us via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service for security purposes. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once all the information referred to above is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, we will contact you.
Contract for sale or services
When submitting an order to Silver and Stone Jewellery Design, you are entering into a contract with us to supply you with jewellery items as described in the product details. This contract will become binding upon our acceptance of your order.
In the rare circumstance of the product you ordered not being available, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss a refund or a substitute product. If your purchase is a stock product (not made to order) your order will be shipped within 3-5 working days.
Items that are made to order can take up to 3 weeks, but you will be given an estimated dispatch time when your order is received or the design details are agreed. At peak times such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day this may be a little longer, but details will be discussed at ordering.
Please contact us if your order is urgent.
Cancellations and exchanges
If you realise you have made a mistake and want to cancel or exchange your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have shipped the order it may not be possible to stop your order.
Defective and damaged items
In the rare circumstance of the product you ordered being damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as you can to discuss how we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Disclaimer and Liability
We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on the site from time to time. We will try to ensure that all descriptions and illustrations of the items on the site are accurate but there may be slight variations due to print and publishing limitations and the use of natural products and handmade nature of the products which will vary.
You must use the site for lawful purposes only. You are fully responsible and liable for all access made to the site using any password or user name that you register with us. You should keep such passwords and user names confidential at all times.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights (if appropriate) as a consumer.
Silver and Stone Jewellery Design cannot be held liable for any product that has been repaired or modified by a third party repairer.
